Music City Family Therapy is an attachment-informed group counseling practice with a whole family approach to helping children, individuals, and families heal from disconnection, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, behavioral problems, divorce, addiction, and alcoholism. We offer play therapy, EMDR, and numerous modalities depending on the presenting issues. Our therapists are trained in, and utilize, Stacy Jagger’s Mountain Method ™ – an experiential family therapy process to facilitate appropriate clinical interventions to help clients define and reach their goals with a clear beginning, middle, and end. Human beings are created for connection. We believe in the authentic power of being seen, valued, and known.
